Through the photos , In the pictures of the real life signal , the back blinder is facing the signal arm but in the line drawing and the pics of people's signals they face away from the signal arm , I thought that the back blinder exposed the back of the lamp so the...

Hi all , from my Memory the signal wires were tensioned by wheels in the signalboxs and not anywhere else , I also a question about the signal system for shildon , I don't think that I will get my signals put together by next week so you will be 1distant and 1 home short , will this cause any proble...

Sorry I think my Colchester is a bit big for turning the shafts you need , I will quite happily do the cross drilling if it helps ?

They look great Dave , how are the other parts like the bases doing , have they resolved the heat problem and will it all fit into the base , do you need help with any of these parts .

I don't know about anyone else but I don't understand much of this tech jargon . But I'm sure you and jonney know what your doing and as long as there working a bit before Shildon I'm sure we will all be happy , from what I see here we all have our work cut out if we want the signals done for testin...

Hi all , while having a chat at work today , talking got to the signals we are building and the juddering of the servo at slow speed and he said had we considered sail winch servos as they have a drum that allows the sails to be moved in and out , I don't know if this is of any use to the group but ...

Looks good David , did you lengthen the headshunt in the end as when we were there it looked a bit short for a loco and driving truck , hope to get down for the open weekend , perhaps only 1 day .
