i think a good idea may be to involve some of the junior members more. For example signal training as it is only really adults that get to do signalling. Also Yard training. That is a few of my ideas

Is GL5 having steam locomotives at the sandown exhibition. Is it indoor or outside. How big is the track going to be. Unfortunately I cant come down as I live in Newcastle but can you puts some pics on after the event. That would be very much appreciated.

Thanks For the Reply on Lathes and Locomotive Building. I will look into some secondhand Lathes on the internet. Do you know if a ''PEATOL MINI LATHE'' is very strong or good enough for locomotive building.
