I have recently been working on a 7 1/4" gauge 9F but knee problems are getting worse and I can't move the thing about anymore, so I've since sold that and looking for a new project. Hi Richard,
What wood are you using for the underframe?? As all I've seen is hardwood, but there is many different hardwoods and probably not all suitable for the job.

Thanks for the information, did you use stiffer springs on the rear axle as that's taking most of the driver's weight?
