Hi all
Ive been getting on with sorting my two Bracket signals have tried parts looks OK, so will adjust and final fix. lots of angles to add so B&Q here I come

Hi Dave Great job. do you what help drilling ect. I'm on with the two brackets plus the post cross arms and upper posts for your Bracket.
Will post some pics latter, spectacle arm are on way from Holland advise to us this Thursday. So looks like parts are coming together.

Hi regard bases and heat have today sent Richard a PVC base to install and thus test out . PVC will take some 80C with out to much trouble. If base had metal bottom would this act as heat transfer sheet? Dave are there parts to drill machine ect have at least one volunteer for the 16th at wotton may...

Hi Dave Been thinking on the lamp given the small edges around the lid and thus lip is it worth thinking about making lamp body and lip as one casting. Hi all
I forgot to say I have sent Dave masters for the 2 and 3 way lever Brackets and will send on Monday new masters for the Smaller saddle and the lamp saddle, ( There are lots of Bits this has turned into a bigger job than we thought !)

20mm PVC I cut and mill one Saturday norning would do all 13/14 or so Rough cost for plate 250/ 250/ 20 is £12 whill see what I can do on this cost today. Dave have you some Dims for the bases.

Hi Dave-all I like what you have no point in doing it again re shackles ect we could replace the pin with a S/S screw would look nicer. I have CNC router that will cut ali ect plus thin brass, Also 3 CNC mills for heavy stuff..
On arms I could fold them in brass or steel as channels then machine on the flange taper.
