E mail adresses

HI there to you all ,we are having some difficulties in sending out a calender of events for 2013 but finding that quite a few of members have changed there E mail adresses but not let LIZ know , so can i ask anyone who changes any of there details to please let us know or you could miss out on anything we need to get out to the membership. thanks alan wood
