Build your own Tippler

Since the hopper drop at Gilling seemed to be a success and we hope it becomes a more permanent feature, how about a tippler?

Lets build some Staiths Doug can design the dock I will buy a Collier and Ballan Can get a trawler to add to the ambiance . Is that spelt correctly Hummmmmmm Brent Fancy an orange lifeboat really
