Sentinel steam shunter

Hi,
a friend and me are working on the Sentinel shunter to the published "Sirena" articles.
The boiler will be another design but for the rest we will stick to the description.
We have the articles but no drawings.
I read that there has been a battery-electric model of a Sentinel type 8805 built by Norman Smedley.
A series of descriptions seems to have been published in EiM starting August 2013.
Can anyone confirm this?
