Just thought that I would take a minute to introduce myself and say hello to all on the forum.
I am David Girling and I live in Ipswich, Suffolk. My working life was spent as a Senior Design Engineer for a major Compressor Company but took early retirement eleven years ago to set-up my own Retail outlet for model railways. Unfortunately that had to be given-up due to a bout of ill-health but I am now in working order again and have become interested in gauge 5, having also dabbled with gauge 3. I look forward to being a member of the GL5 Society and participating in this forum.
