Posting images
Use the "attachment" tab just below the area where writing your post or reply text. Once you upload your image please click the button "place inline" and then submit the post.
The ideal attachment image size for this forum is 900 x 600 pixels. Images this size will display directly on your post. Uploading images larger than this may only appear as a clickable text link.
You can also display images direct from where they are hosted by using the 'Img' button on the tool-bar. Also remember that the image size should fit on the forum and be no more than 900 X 600 pixels.

Once you have the video URL or link you can embed it directly into your forum post by clicking the Media Embed button on the toolbar and placing the full URL of the video between the tags like so...
