Hi again,
I am looking for a twin clack valve (want to unite steam pump and hand pump delivery directly at the boiler). Does anyone know a supplier or have drawings for that?
Best regards
Holger (back from China)
Twin Clack valve?
Re: Twin Clack valve?
Holger,
I guess both your hand pump and steam pump have their own non return valves. I would fit a normal check valve at the boiler and run the steam pump delivery to it. If you must have the hand pump, then T into the steam pump delivery pipe, but be aware that as long as the steam pump is working then the loco to tender connection is under pressure.
Regards
Eddie.
